Shipping Information ![]() Upon the placement of your order please check your confirmation email immediately to be sure that your "ship to" address is correct. If your address is incorrect, please contact InYourElement immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there will be a redirect fee charged to you should the address need to be changed while in transit. Our in-stock items will ship within 1-2 weeks. Special order products will be delivered within 12-14 weeks. Some products may be available earlier (6-8 weeks depending on availability). Purchases on certain items may also be made at the showroom for immediate pick-up. Please call ahead to confirm. Certain circumstances may necessitate an extended delivery time in which case you will be notified. Shipping costs from InYourElement will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise stated and approved in writing by InYourElement. White Glove Service White glove service includes delivery of the product into a specified room of your home, professional handling and unwrapping/opening of the package, as well as disposal of all waste associated with the delivery of the product. For certain products we strongly suggest white glove delivery to avoid any damages to your product. Curbside Delivery For your convenience all packages shipped curbside delivery will be placed outside of your home for self-service. |
